This week has been a roller coaster for me, full of highs and lows and laughter and tears and RAIN…every . single . day. It can be a little hard to write during times like these, especially about my usual topics of choice.
I feel blessed because this week I was hit over the head with the realization that life is a precious gift. How many days, weeks, and months can go by without me being aware of this fact?! Too many, I’m afraid. This week I remembered that I need to find joy in the little moments of each day (yes, even the moments in my cubicle). I want to take care of the people I love and be more grateful for all love and laughter in my life.
Tomorrow I have the day off, and D is going to take me golfing. Then we are going to try to new restaurant for lunch. I am so excited. Also, after five days of thunder and rain…the sun is coming out for the weekend!!
