Last weekend, in the midst of shopping, I saw Four Christmases in the theater. By now, you have probably already seen the movie or read the terrible reviews and therefore won’t see it. I was skeptical too and had written off seeing it, but D’s cousin really wanted to go and needed a partner. So we went and here is the surprising part…whether it was from my lowered expectations or my chocolate-covered gummy bear sugar high, I actually enjoyed it! Sure, it was a little silly and the chemistry between Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn wasn’t great, BUT there were some funny and sweet parts, and it was honestly just nice to bow out of the mall for two hours and sit in a dark room with our feet up! hee hee.

We saw it this weekend and really enjoyed it, too!
I felt the same way about it. Surprised at the lack of chemistry between Reese & Vince, but enjoyed other parts of it. Vince Vaughn playing Vince Vaughn is worth the price of admission to me.
