Travel Bound

I am struggling to come back from a hectic travel schedule for work. Although I usually love to travel, the last few days were pretty intense (although, I think they were for everyone!! I don't know about you, but it seems that a large part of the country is hung over this morning!! hahaha)
Here are a few things that saved me in the last few days.

I always bring EmergenC when I am in danger of being run-down. I add it to my water bottle and it seems to ward of sickness and fatigue. I think this saved me from getting sick after all the hands I was shaking and germs I probably picked up along the way.
This travel candle provides a little of the comforts of home. You are probably wondering why anyone needs to bring a candle when staying in a hotel. Well, I can't really talk about my job, but given that our travel budget is funded by tax payers, we go cheap! hee hee. One of the hotels I stayed at was $49 a night. Fifty dollars!! I didn't even know you could get hotel rooms that cheap!! Therefore, I bring a travel candle to take care of any strange "hotel room" smells.

You are too cute! I travel with candles, too. And if it's a long stay I take a photo of family!

A friend of mine introduced me to the travel candle a year or so ago and I never go without now.
